Gary knew that a listing I was prepping for was coming on the market soon and actually showed up days earlier to get the job done. He cleaned a TILE roof on a property, a sunshade awning canopy and pressured washed paver sidewalks. You have to be extremely careful when walking on and cleaning tile roofs,..and Gary is an expert! I wouldn't trust anyone else. The job was done in a timely manner and his prices are competitive. (remember, the cheapest isn't always the best!) I've included some before and after photos of the job. I highly recommend APPLE ROOF CLEANING.

I called Gary for an estimate last week to clean our shingle roof and he called me back about 20 minutes later with the free estimate. Their prices are very reasonable. Gary came the day I called to inquire about the service. He saw some signs of damage on the roof and explained what I should do, using photos he took of the tiles. He added on driveway and patio cleaning for a fair price. Roof and driveway look SO much better! Will call again when the need arises. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable about cleaning.
